Engaging Patients in Health Innovation (7)

Health Cities Breakfast: Engaging Patients in Health Innovation

About the Event

Health innovation must work for the people who use it—patients, clinicians, and communities—but how do we ensure new solutions are practical, accessible, and truly improve health outcomes? On March 13, join us for a dynamic panel discussion on the critical role of patient engagement in health innovation. Experts from healthcare, innovation, and patient advocacy will share insights on what meaningful engagement looks like, why it’s essential for adoption and system-wide impact, and how innovators can effectively collaborate with patients, clinicians, and communities.

The discussion will explore key challenges and opportunities in integrating innovation into the health system, emphasizing the need for efficiency while addressing real patient and clinician needs. Above all, we’ll highlight why engaging the right voices early in the design process is essential—because if the end users aren’t involved, they won’t use it. With perspectives from healthcare professionals, innovation leaders, and patient advocates, this session is a must-attend for healthcare providers, innovators, policymakers, and community members committed to developing patient-centered solutions that drive real change.
