Business Council of Alberta presents Define the Decade

As part of their Define the Decade project, the Business Council of Alberta has asked Alberta thought leaders throughout different sectors to share their insight and expertise as part of a series of essays, as well as an op-ed in the Calgary Herald and Edmonton Journal.
