Health Cities is seeking expressions of interest from vendors offering point-of-care testing and diagnostic solutions that can support timely clinical decision-making in rural and community-based care settings.

This Call for Innovation will support a project in a rural setting where limited local access to laboratory and diagnostic services can make it difficult for care teams to assess patients and determine next steps without transporting them to another community.

The goal is to identify practical, reliable solutions that give care teams access to clinically useful information closer to where patients receive care, helping them make timely decisions and, where appropriate, continue assessment and treatment locally.

Selected solution(s) will be piloted within existing care delivery to understand clinical value, operational feasibility, frequency of use, impact on patient care, and potential for sustainable adoption.

Submission note: If your company is proposing multiple distinct solutions, particularly solutions addressing different priority focus areas, a separate submission may be required for each solution.

This Call for Innovation closes October 22, 2026
